The Northwest Area is comprised of sixty-nine member churches in the Missouri counties of Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Lafayette, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway, Putnam, Ray, Saline, Sullivan and Worth.
