Dear Colleagues,
 
John Schindler, organizer of the Area's annual Walk for Compassion
has agreed to assume leadership for NW AREA CC Disciples Men.
Bill Walker has asked to be replaced.
 
John is a Christ-centered, extremely capable leader with a passion
and great ability for servant-leadership.  He will be asking Rodney
Hopper to serve as Pastor/Counselor and he is in the process of pulling
together a cabinet of leaders like Tim Shearer and others who will be
able to help us realize our dream of being able to better resource and
call into excellence the men of this area who follow Christ.  Delbert
Main of Gower has already agreed to help.  We have discussed plans to
reactivate our participation in General Conference and Sessions.  I
think we are on the verge of a new day among Disciples Men in the Area
and I ask of all your prayers for discernment, rejection of passivity,
and courageous obedience to the will of God.
