The NW Area staff is dedicated to supporting and serving:

• Pastors of congregations and their staff
• Leaders in congregations
• People involved in a local or global mission
• Visitors to this site

Our staff of nine paid and volunteer ministers and three part-time staff can offer professional assistance with:

• Developing or improving spiritual health
• Growing congregations or planting new
   congregations
• Finding and supporting leaders for congregations 
• Developing mission and ministry teams
• Creating networks with other denominations and agencies
• Strategic planning
• Discipleship education

The average cost for a staff visit ranges from $100 - $300 and is paid for by voluntary donations from member congregations and individuals, so, no fees are charged but over-and-above gifts to the budget are always appreciated.
